The intention of this work is provide a quick and easy to read reference for high school students studying educational issues. Each chapter will cover a relevant educational issue, underlining how this topic relates to young adults. Rationale Students are often lacking in good informational, easy to read resources. Bookstores are filled with helpful information, but generally, libraries must rely on dated textbooks and current magazines. Something in between - an easy to read, yet significant volume of relevant concerns — is not as easy to find.
I hope this work fills this need. I hope this volume allows students to have a more rounded version of what it means to be a student in the public school, and perhaps, what it also means to be a teacher and administrator. Young people need to see the world in a multi-structured prism, and this volume might provide a chance to see such a world.
